As a member you are not limited to any single health services provider. You can use any of our thousands of providers throughout the country. This website provides descriptions of the various healthcare services available.

This provider search gives up to 25 possible health care providers in your area.  Once you become a member you will be given access to all the healthcare providers in your area when you call Member Services.  Remember, that due to changes in provider practices that we are unable to control, this list may change at any time.  Prior to contacting or visiting your choice of provider, please confirm their continued participation by calling Member Services.  While you may receive a discount of 5 to 50% when you visit any participating provider, our “guaranteed savings discount” only applies when you visit a doctor’s office or dentist that has been confirmed through Member Services.
